Wooden Thai House

The picture above was taken in Chonburi. The house was build in the schoolyard of a government school. I suppose that they use it for Thai dance and music.

Bang Saen Beach

Located in Chonburi province, about 70 km south-east of Bangkok. Not a bad place to spend a few hours under the beach umbrellas and enjoy good sea food.

Water Buffalo Race

I was today in Chonburi to watch the water buffalo races.

A very hot day, but the buffaloes put on a great show!

Rain

These pictures were taken on a rainy day in July in Chonburi province, about 60 kilometers from Bangkok.

July coincides with the rainy season.

Unfortunately, Thailand doesn't have the greatest drainage systems in the world!

Actually, in some places it is quite nonexistent!
